Welcome to Elite Beach Resort, Mandarmani. By accessing our website, making a reservation, entering the resort premises, or utilizing any of our facilities and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Reservation Policy

 

1.1 All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation by Elite Beach Resort.

1.2 A reservation shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable advance payment and issuance of a booking confirmation.

1.3 The Resort reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any reservation due to operational requirements, safety concerns, force majeure events, or any other circumstances deemed necessary by Management.

 

  1. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

2.1 All bookings are strictly non-refundable.

2.2 Guests who have booked directly through the official website of Elite Beach Resort or directly through the Resort Reservation Department may request a one-time rescheduling of their booking.

2.3 Rescheduling requests:

* Must be made at least 7 days before the original check-in date.

* Must be utilized within three (3) months from the original check-in date.

* Are subject to room availability.

* Are valid only for weekday stays (Sunday to Thursday).

* Cannot be modified further once rescheduled.

2.4 OTA bookings (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Cleartrip etc.) shall be governed by the respective OTA’s cancellation and modification policies.

 

  1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

3.1 Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM.

3.2 Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM.

3.3 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3.4 During peak seasons, long weekends, public holidays, festive periods, sold-out dates, or other high-demand periods, check-in may be delayed beyond the standard check-in time due to operational requirements and room preparation schedules.

3.5 While every effort will be made to provide rooms at the scheduled check-in time, the Resort shall not be liable for any compensation, refund, discount, or cancellation arising from such delays.

3.6 All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification during check-in.

 

  1. Age Policy & Couple Friendly Policy

4.1 Guests below the age of 18 years must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 years or above.

4.2 Any reservation made by a minor attempting to check in without an accompanying adult shall be considered cancelled and shall not be eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling.

4.3 Unmarried couples are welcome at Elite Beach Resort, provided both guests are above 18 years of age and possess valid government-issued photo identification.

 

  1. Restaurant Operations

5.1 Restaurant Operating Hours: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

5.2 Last Order Timing: 9:30 PM.

5.3 Restaurant timings may be modified without prior notice due to operational requirements.

5.4 Once an order has been entered into the Resort’s billing or point-of-sale system, it shall be deemed confirmed and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

 

  1. Outside Food & Beverage Policy

6.1 Outside food is strictly prohibited within the Resort premises.

6.2 Outside alcoholic beverages, liquor, beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, energy drinks, and other beverages are strictly prohibited inside the Resort premises.

6.3 Management reserves the right to inspect bags and luggage where reasonably necessary for safety and policy compliance.

 

  1. Hookah Policy

7.1 Hookah brought from outside the Resort is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Hookah purchased from the Resort may only be consumed in designated areas approved by Management.

7.3 Hookah is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms, balconies, corridors, swimming pool areas, and any other non-designated areas.

 

  1. Swimming Pool Policy

8.1 Swimming Pool Operating Hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.

8.2 Proper swimming costumes or swimwear are mandatory for all guests using the pool.

8.3 Guests not wearing appropriate swimwear shall not be permitted to enter the swimming pool.

8.4 Consumption of food, beverages, cigarettes, cigars, hookah, vaping products, or tobacco products inside the swimming pool is strictly prohibited.

8.5 Glass bottles, glassware, and breakable containers are not permitted in or around the swimming pool area.

8.6 Only canned beverages purchased from the Resort may be consumed in permitted poolside areas, subject to Management approval.

8.7 Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.

8.8 Use of the swimming pool is entirely at the guest’s own risk.

 

  1. Beach Access Policy

9.1 The Resort’s beach access gate shall remain open until 7:00 PM daily.

9.2 For guest safety and security, the beach access gate shall remain closed after 7:00 PM.

9.3 Management reserves the right to restrict beach access at any time due to weather conditions, government directives, tidal conditions, or safety concerns.

 

  1. Guest Conduct & Behaviour Policy 

10.1 Guests are expected to maintain respectful and responsible conduct at all times.

10.2 The following activities are strictly prohibited:

* Abusive, vulgar, offensive, or threatening language.

* Harassment, taunting, intimidation, or disturbance of guests or staff.

* Public nuisance or disorderly conduct.

* Excessive intoxication causing inconvenience to others.

* Inappropriate public behaviour.

* Damage to Resort property.

* Any unlawful or criminal activity.

10.3 Any guest found violating these policies may be required to leave the Resort immediately without refund, compensation, or rescheduling.

 

  1. Staff Respect & Zero-Tolerance Policy

11.1 At Elite Beach Resort, our team members are integral to our success and deserve a safe, respectful, and professional working environment.

11.2 Guests are expected to treat all employees, associates, contractors, and service providers with courtesy, dignity, and respect.

11.3 Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, threats, physical aggression, or inappropriate conduct directed toward Resort staff shall constitute a serious breach of Resort Policy.

11.4 The Resort reserves the absolute right to refuse service, restrict facility access, or immediately require the offending guest and accompanying party to vacate the premises without refund, compensation, or rescheduling privileges.

 

  1. Personal Property & Liability

12.1 Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, vehicles, and other possessions.

12.2 Elite Beach Resort shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal property.

 

  1. Force Majeure

13.1 Elite Beach Resort shall not be liable for failure to provide services, interruptions, cancellations, or closures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to cyclones, storms, floods, tidal surges, adverse weather conditions, pandemics, government restrictions, civil disturbances, power failures, or natural disasters.

 

  1. Management Rights 

14.1 The Resort Management reserves the right to amend, modify, interpret, or enforce these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.

14.2 Management decisions regarding guest conduct, safety, operations, reservations, and facility usage shall be final and binding.

 

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Resort, its services, reservations, or facilities shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Purba Medinipur, West Bengal.
